Mid-Atlantic CMSA Spring Newsletter 2026 Print

President's Report

Spring is a season of renewal, and the CMSA Mid-Atlantic Chapter continues to build momentum in supporting case management professionals across our region.
Our mission remains focused on advancing professional case management and promoting high-quality, ethical practice that benefits patients, families, and communities.
We are excited to continue offering monthly educational webinars throughout 2026, providing valuable continuing education (CE) opportunities for case managers, nurses, and social workers . Through collaboration with the CMSA Northeastern Regional Coalition, these sessions feature timely topics such as behavioral health integration, ethical decision-making in case management, social determinants of health, and the healthcare provider’s role in identifying human trafficking. These webinars allow members to earn CEs, stay current on emerging healthcare trends, and connect with colleagues across the region.
We also encourage members to attend the CMSA Annual National Conference, June 16–19, 2026, in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. This national event offers exceptional education, networking opportunities, and insights into the latest innovations in case management practice.
In addition, the CMSA Mid-Atlantic Chapter is planning a regional conference this fall, providing another opportunity for members to connect, learn, and engage with colleagues. More details will be shared in the coming months.
We are grateful for the continued support of our members, volunteers, and sponsors who help strengthen our chapter and advance the practice of case management. Members interested in volunteering, presenting, or joining a chapter committee are encouraged to get involved.
Stay connected through chapter communications for upcoming webinar announcements, conference updates, and registration information.
Together, we continue to support professional growth and improve outcomes for the patients and communities we serve.
